DamN tIreD n BuSiiii...!!

Been very busy since last week.. n esp last sat n sun i been helping out in bugis temporary counter cuz christmas is coming... so e whole of last week i nv rest sia... mon to fri in hospital doing my attachment.. den continue to work zed n zee on sat n sun.. i think my temper is coming up le cuz these few days been feeling lethargy n restless.. so my voice tone also does nt sound friendly.. hehe.. n also become more blur.. even e skill i tried n been assess before seems to like forget tis n tat.. haiz.. damn it.. but luckily mdm ong says my skill still ok, jus need to explain my purpose in doing my work to patient n intro self n teacher.. even 1 of my colleague said i been quite blur in my work n it doesnt seems e usual of me... YES.. indeed is not.. i, myself also feels tt way... i think is really too tired le.. den my brain nt connected sometime n easily stress out.. but i should feel console that tis is only e 2nd week of my attachment, i hav about 10 initial skill been assessed n signed by my teacher.. really felt glad n less worried..

so today went to delivery suite at ward 22... hm.. seen 2 delivery cases n i cesarian case... really amazing!! get to see how e nurses delivered e babies.. saw the placenta coming out n is like quite big lor n no wonder it is so precious n nutritional to babies n in help of leukemia patients.. actually today gt no cesarian case but last min hav 1.. cuz the baby is not position in e rite place.. supposely e head of baby should be facing down e vagina but it is e top of uterus n leg facing the uterus.. so tt's y it become semi-emergency cesarian.. so get to see how the doctor cut open the fundus of the abdomen n "dig" e baby.. n is like wow so AMAZING!! n it is done in the operating theatre.. i been longing to see how patients get to hav opeartion.. is really a critical moment from cutting open till stitching... n gets to see e flesh n muscle... how they pull open e abdomen.. is really an eye-opener...

actually i supposed to meet weina to orchard but i was very tired so i slept frm 5.30 till 9pm... so in e end it was cancelled.. den after that come in here to update my blog... den gtg liao... bye...
