A vEry DOOWWNnnnnnn dAe!!!!!

todae, as usual doing morning shift.. every thing went fine but something happen when i came back from 1st break.. immediately i came out from the staff room, one of my patient called me wanting me to send him back to bed as he was sitting on the geriatric chair watching television.. so as usual, i thought i can handle him alone so i pushed him back to his bedside n getting ready to transfer him.. n at tat point of time, i didn saw anyone outside e cubical n didn call for assistance also.. n tis patient had left stroke but he seems very weak in even standing up.. so when i so called- "hug him" with my both hand holding his pant, i pulled him up n used all my strength to carried him to e edge of bed, both of us fall onto the floor sideway!! OH GOODNESS!! my patient had fall under my care!!! i n patient was on the floor for bout 3 mins n still no one is outside e cubical.. e call bed is also nt within reach n i only saw doctors attending to the next patient with curtain screen.. at that point of time i was mental blocked n didn call for help... only until one of the female doctor came out n saw me n the patient on the floor den she called for help to help uncle up the bed.. den e ward sister n SSN talk to me n need to write an incident report.. haiz!! really damn it!!! what kind of nurse am i??? 1st time, my patient falls in my hands.. i really feel disappointed in myself n feel sorry for my clinical lecturer to hav a clumsy student like me.. but still, my clinical lecturer will talk to me tml of the incident cuz she is not here today.. really sad....
