A mInor MistAke @ work...

Hmz.. today on normal morning shift from 7 - 3.15pm.. everything went quite smoothly but something happen during half of the day.. i accidentally put in the contaminated urine jug together with the "clean" jug to disinfect.. When my senior staff nurse get to know bout it, she gave me a "haiz" look.. i felt so bad bout it.. and actually this is consider a basic thing to know.. but i just out of "unconsiously"... nvm.. learn hard from my mistakes.. especially my hourly parameters for my patients was quite disorganised.. i thought the nyp students could identifies which needed to be done on priority but in the end it was nt carried out.. but cannot blame them.. is my time management not gd.. it is my duty to make sure the charts are updated on time also.. cuz today have a urgent order to inserting catheter(urine tube) for patient den i initiate to do it cuz i hav never done the actual whole procedure so is a gd chance.. but hor... aiyo.. i, myself felt that it was a mess... but luckily one of my staff nurse that supervise is really patience but i still clumsy.. anyway.. more practice made perfect.. and she also consoled me quite a few things so i felt more comfort..

Then went to meet my darling for dinner for galan for a while... and rushed home for the channel 8 drama @ 9pm... so sad..

haiz.. still waiting.. "what i have heard is SILENT!!"
