BeiNg emOtionAl @ wArd..

Yesterday i was in team 1 again together with a senior staff nurse,junior staff nurse plus 3 nyp students.. Quite busy though.. And my charts are not up-to-date.. stress sia.. den in the end, my senior staff nurse have to do it for me.. i feel so bad bout it cuz it is my duty to updates all the charts... although my senior staff nurse did not comment anything bout it but i know myself lor.. but what to do.. team 1 is always busy with lots of changes and my status have to assist in lots of things.. eg. sending and fetching back patient to and fro wards and procedures.. so is like when doing halfway, there will be calls to inform Assistant Nurse to fetch or bring patient to operating theatre or x-rays and stuffs like tt.. And it can really jammed up the documents.. Even though is like that, they will still expect you to work even faster and be efficient... haiz.. stress rite...
So on yesterday (monday), i really felt like crying out loud as to ventilate my stress but cant and no time also..

Then suddenly, our Assistance Director of nursing came into our ward and call upon all staffs to be in sister office.. So she annouced that our current sister will be transferring to ward 12 and another sister will be overtaking us.. all my seniors are very sad including sister.. At that moment, i was very emotional cuz i saw sister face flush and filled with tears.. I can see and feel her sadness within it.. I was very sad inside cuz i know my sister is a very nice person although she look fierce.. she will try her very best to approve our requests like off days and shift work... and plus she is very motherly also.. she took care well of her staffs and know them inside out.. Can see that she love all her staffs also by stroking their face at times and making joke with us.. She cant bear to leave this ward cuz she brings up the reputation of ward 10 by herself as she is very committed wholeheartedly.. We started crying because one of the staff cant control herself and cry out.. Actually my tears kept rolling inside my eyes and i also cannot control also n cry out.. Frankly speaking, i like my sister a lot.. Nice talking to her.. When on and off, as we mentioned bout her departure, she would flush and tears can be seen.. I gona missed her definitely.. And to my surprise that, i do actually feel a sense of love towards my sister although i only know her for short period.. It seems that i am greatly attract to those who are really motherly with great respect...

In nursing professional, nurses really have to adapt changes and be prepared to get transferred to other ward or department..has its bad and good way too.. haiz...

Still misses her daily..
