DepreSs n Sad....

Well.. i m on morning shift today.. the work is quite fine but super busy.. but still managed to do the stuffs that are assigned.. but to say, the staff nurse works as junior with me is quite helpful.. she also very busy cuz i see her discharge patient.. leave my ward at around 5 like that.. My senior staff nurse also comment that she sees me as a fast learner.. hmz.. **wink**

However, i am still depress regarding my work and health..

Work --> Still trying to cope with the workload and doing the assigned task and changes challenge... is tough but frankly speaking i still loves my work very much..

Health --> Just had my renal follow up on monday.. the result and advices i get from my doctor is negative.. e result shown my kidney hasn't been doing well and there still high percentage of toxic waste in the kidney that are unable to excrete in urine.. I am really scared and worried.. starts imagine those patient on dialysis.. I am worried because my kidney condition can deteoriate anytime and may have kidney disease when age catches up.. And generally, kidney diease is irreversible.. can only rely on dialysis to survive and maintain... If i really had it, how am i going to continue as a nurse, to take care of my love ones? To my paranoid, my back region where kidney situated frequently aching.. how can i don worry and think of it???

What i can do is to continue pray to God to bless my health, physical and mentally stress.. I just hope that the depression can alleviate..
