2DayS oF DSQ cOurSe..

Well.. DSQ (Delivering Service Quality) is a very fun, enjoyable course cuz i have learnt lots of things ranges from communication, team bonding, active listener, front line servicing.. Through different people of their experiences, i realized that my tolerant towards strong needs and demands from either relatives or patient was insufficient.. i tend to get frustrated easily because of the workload we had and on the other hand we need to be tactful when patient calls upon nurses for help.. at a lot of time, it really interrupt on completing the documents we need to settle and therefore sometime i was unwillingly to answer the call bell.. but still i will try my best to answer them though i have lots of workload on hand.. most of the time, i would not go for break if i m not hungry cuz in my mind was all the stuffs i need to complete if not no enough time.. that's e challenge.. but through all these experience, time management and work priortize really needed and trained in years of working.. is not easy... as a simple term is 'multi-tasks' at one go.. but after attending the course, i would want to change my style of working when facing relatives and patient.. i am geatly grateful to this useful course.. i really learnt alot.. plus all the games we had is really very fun as everybody showed high team spirit..

This above picture i took is when we played spider web together as the organiser creates 20 holes for us.. There is a total of 25 people.. most people was carried through the hole and we cannot touch the ropes if not everybody have to restart again... it was really fun n we took 1hour 30 minutes to successfully tarnsfer everyone to another side by means of ways and methods... Moral of the game is team work and TRUST!!

All right, after the course, i went back to the ward to file in some documents in sister office.. den i went to check my roster for next monday.. when i open the file, my heart was palpating slightly faster and i saw 2 morning shift on monday and tuesday.. i tot i see wrongly, but i take a close look, it is really morning shift on monday and tuesday!! i was so damn happy sia.. my nites will be on weekend.. so not too bad.. hehe... cuz i really hope to have morning shift next monday and tuesday if possible cuz she is coming to AH next week.. Thanks God!!! It makes my day when i get to see this.. haha... upon confirmation my roster, i was thinking 'fate' in my mind.. hehe.. well i don want to say much la..

So as usual, i misses hEr's everyday.. really misses her... felt like i am going to lose something or someone like tat... probably someone ba.. in no time..
