After 2 days of Initiative and enterprise course...

Initially, i was very curious bout tis course... it sounds boring and seems like i not initiative also..

So went to this course yesterday morning.. The facilator was Miss Lucy Ng. She was very friendly and cheerful plus humurous also.. And practically the whole class was enjoying her sharing very much towards half of the lesson.. I think all of us from different career came with a same mindset which is " izit that i lack of initiative, that's why my superior send me to this course?" So Lucy explained to us that because she knows that all of us already have it inside our mind, so this is to create an awareness and to be certified. And immediately, i was shock by what she said.. she convinced me. Her every sharing was interesting and i will automatic reflects back on my work...

The whole reflection on this course is, i should learnt to control things within my limits and try not change things not within my limit if not i will be miserable, grumble and blame on anyone.. Life will be happier this way.. Secondly, we should dare to take risks upon changes if not in the end you will still be alone and be grumble all the time and things wouldnt change for the better.. Thirdly, we should always have the mindset of being initiative and takes the lead to improve situations regardless of anything.. we shouldnt wait for things to happen instead we should plan ahead what will happen next...

Towards the end of the lesson, Lucy mentioned bout the Maslow's Hierarchy. ACTUALISATION. To me, i didnt realise my current status as actualisation but only to self-esteem. But she said being a nurse who always get scolding from different areas and still work as a nurse is actually self- Actualisation. I was shock initially. but after that i agreed... This course has really pumped up my confident level again. It was really an inspiring and motivational sessions.

The more i look at Lucy Ng, the more she looks like mdm lydia lau. Is just that Lucy is the plumer version la.. No wonder i enjoyed the whole session very much.... hahaha....

All rite, well.. i am greatly benefited from the course... it was not wasted...
