An meaningful event...

Remembered my prayer in previous post about my patient who had a vision of Jesus??

This morning as I was walking toward the cubicle, Mr Yu called me from his bed and I went in his room. He extend his hand toward me and I just simply hold his hand. Guess what he told me?? In his much effort speaking, he said "wo yao zou le"(which mean He is going soon). And immediately as I was looking straight into his eyes, it dawned on me that he is telling me that he is not going to make it. I was a bit stunned for a while. Then the Holy Spirit led me to ask him, "Mr Yu, do you want to receive Jesus into your life??" He said: "YAO"!! And immediately I asked Mr Yu to pray the sinners' prayer after me.

After saying the sinners' prayer, i can see that Mr Yu had a peaceful look. And i reassured him again that Jesus is in his heart right now. And so he asked me another question. "Can I go now?" I then said to him, if Jesus wants to take you, go in peace. But do wait for you wife to come first. And anyway Mr Yu has discharged to St.Joseph nursing home today.

I am glad that God really answer my prayer for Mr Yu salvation, My heart was filled with peace and joy because Mr Yu is in Jesus hands right now. And i just felt I have done my duty to fulfil this important need for Mr Yu. A smile in my heart. I know that even as he pass away, his soul will be with Jesus.

A smiling day for me today! Thank You Lord for your love to me. :)
