Been in the new ward for 3 weeks le... It has been crazy and stress ++

The reasons are, we are taking different disciplines (general surgery and ortho) which during my student time i am exposed to medical disipline most the time.. So many new things to pick up.... The most frustrating thing is i m still umfamiliar with the doctors as in who to call especially post office hour... Very frustrated that i am not able to follow doctors round becuz at that timming is medication round n always have to chase doctors to order their investigation in our new systems.

As an overall, i been thinking of transferring to clinic. Have spoken to my nurse manager yesterday and now got to wait for my director of nursing to speak to me. Sick of shift work now.... I want my weekend back!! :P

Thank God that i was given opportunity to speak to my NM yesterday as i been praying for... I would rather request it now than to drag it further...

Just pray and hope that i can be transferred to clinic soon n to continue my bond. :)
